2. Customer: Research institute (subcontractor, one of the Bosch design houses)
   Idea: Gyroscope for customer with little or no MST experience
   Application: navigation system for robotics and warehouse management
   Market potential: 30,000 parts/year
   Key dates: first contact in 1999, first samples delivery 1998, low volume production in 2001, market introduction in 2003
   Development via design house through participation in MPW runs with increasing share.
